Shipping & Returns 

All artworks are sent via a tracked and signed for service within 5 working days. We will notify you once your items have been dispatched.

Flat-fee Shipping Rates in the UK:

Small (under 31 x 21 cm): £7.95

Large: £10.95

Flat-fee Shipping Rates Internationally:

Small (under 31 x 21 cm): £15.00

Large: £30.00

Shipping costs for overseas buyers do not include import taxes and duties. Please note that additional import taxes and duties may also apply and Art School are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

Returns Policy

If you have received your artwork and are not happy with it, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. Please email info@artschool.co.uk with a request to return.

The work must be returned in its original condition and ideally in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and we strongly recommend that items are returned using tracked post and that you keep your proof of posting. For orders returned outside of the UK, duties and taxes cannot be recovered.

Once we have received the artwork in its original condition, we will automatically issue a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Damages or Lost Artworks

Art School is not responsible for any costs incurred or damage to the product as a result of your not being at home when the product is delivered and for delivery having to be rearranged. We take extra special care to make sure your artwork is wrapped properly but sometimes accidents happen and if your work has been damaged during transit, please contact info@artschool.co.uk.
