All our artworks are are packaged in acid-free tissue paper and shipped flat-packed in cardboard to prevent curling.

All artworks are currently sold unframed unless specified otherwise. We currently do not offer an in-house framing service but we would be happy to suggest external framers. For framing enquires, please email us at info@artschool.co.uk

Unwrap your print carefully with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the image area.

Good quality mounting and framing is one of the most effective methods of preserving your print. If framing yourself, take care to use acid free tape and mounts.

In order to protect your print from fading, keep out of direct sunlight and consider using UV protected glass when framing.  

If hanging your print in a humid space, like a bathroom, make sure to tape up the back of the frame and keep the room well ventilated to avoid moisture getting in.

Like moisture, extreme temperature changes can also warp or discolour your print so try to hang your print where the temperature does not vary too much.

If you have received your artwork and are not happy with it, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. Please email info@artschool.co.uk with a request to return.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and we strongly recommend that items are returned using tracked post and that you keep your proof of posting. For orders returned outside of the UK, duties and taxes cannot be recovered.

Once we have received the artwork in its original condition, we will automatically issue a full refund, minus shipping costs.

We take extra special care to make sure your artwork is wrapped properly but sometimes accidents happen and if your work has been damaged during transit, please contact info@artschool.co.uk.

Please note that Art School is not responsible for any costs incurred or damage to the product as a result of your not being at home when the product is delivered and for delivery having to be rearranged.
